The Hotel Lobby Welcomes Grand LED Display!

In April 2024, ART HOTEL Osaka Bay Tower unveiled a giant LED display to further promote and showcase the adjacent Solaniwa Onsen Osaka Bay Tower to both domestic and international guests.
With an overall length of 6,000 mm and a height of 3,250 mm, it is among the largest indoor displays in the Kansai region.
Creator Satomi Iseki was in charge of the captivating footage on the massive LED display.

The three-part footage makes waiting for check-in or lounging in the lobby into a special experience that transcends mere downtime. The introduction video presenting the extraordinary charms of Solaniwa Onsen through state-of-the-art AI image generation and CG technologies; the base video featuring traditional Japanese patterns and motifs that transform around the clock with the ever-changing lobby ambiance and seasons; and the accent video that adorns the space with brilliant colors.

All of these videos result from Iseki’s desire to convey harmony and tradition as well as Japan’s progressive and refined beauty, and her creative expression that has centered on “felt experience through video.” We hope you enjoy the display during your stay.

Satomi Iseki（RED） Iseki immersed herself in music and video production since childhood and began her career as a creator after graduating from Waseda University.
After working as a digital artist on commercials and music videos, she joined RED with the goal of creating visual expressions that transcend the limitations of flat surfaces.
She is currently a director, working on a wide range of large-scale video productions that use spatial production techniques.
