We have prepared a sumptuous winter menu with ample use of that most seasonal of ingredients, the blowfish. To a simple kombu broth we add the flavoring of vegetables and mushrooms: the firm chewiness and the tastiness of the ingredients are simply delectable!

2. Regular Course (starter, blowfish sashimi, blowfish hotpot, deep-fried blowfish, seasoned rice gruel, dessert)
10,000 yen (incl. tax and service charge)

3. Premier Course (starter, blowfish sashimi, three types of blowfish sushi, grilled roe, blowfish hotpot, deep-fried blowfish, seasoned rice gruel, dessert)
13,000 yen (incl. tax and service charge)
